Normally, all the people get infections around the world. For the treatment purpose, they are taken to the doctors and are often advised to have the antibiotics. One of the infections that people suffer from is strep throat. This infection is usually found in children. They mostly get it from schools, where there are a lot of children in close contact with each other.

In order to get rid of the pain that you are suffering from, these antipyretic medicines will also help you with that. If you need a high dose of painkiller, it is quite possible that the doctor would advise you to take acetaminophen and naproxen together. However, if the pain is too much and you are not able to bare it, the doctor may recommend you to have narcotic painkiller.

For curing this strep throat, there is a wide range of antibiotics that can be advised to you by the doctor. Previously, usually Penicillin was used to cure this infection. But, it was noticed, that in some cases penicillin did not prove to be much affective in curing this infection. So gradually the usage of penicillin for the cure of this infection was decreased. There is a strep throat infection on which some antibiotics do not effect. So for such cases, doctors keep on changing the antibiotics, as there would be some out of these that would be effective for this. In this way, the patient gets relieved of this infection.
