Honey and Lemon: Mix equal parts honey and lemon, and give by the teaspoon for children over two and the tablespoon for those twelve years of age and up. Children under two should never be given honey. This can be repeated as needed for those over twelve. Sore throat tea: Place a tablespoon of whole cloves and a stick of cinnamon in a pan. Add two cups of cold water and bring to a simmer. Continue simmering until the liquid is reduced by half, and give one ounce at a time. This can be repeated every two or three hours as needed. Breathing the steam while it is simmering could relieve congestion.
